Following the Covid 19 pandemic in 2020, we needed to adapt to new ways of training leveraging technology.

Our training is now conducted virtually. All our training courses begin with a pre-training survey to better understand our clients.

This allows for the training to focus on the needs of our clients. We understand the demands on the time of modern professionals and individuals and therefore evolved a flexible training model that ensures that participants do not have to spend too much time away from their work.

 

We are flexible in terms of timing as we are able to conduct our training to suit our clients’ times and not just within the traditional 8 to 5. Virtual training has enabled us to reach clients outside Nairobi and in other countries, especially within East Africa.

We have a burning desire to see our clients succeed as the foundation for our success. This passion is the driving force behind our quick and efficient decision-making process that is devoid of the bureaucracy experienced with bigger firms.
